Do you offer free shipping?

We do not build inflated shipping costs into our product prices just to advertise “free shipping.” Instead, Zazzaroo gives customers access to our best available negotiated shipping rates at checkout, with discounts that may be up to 80% off standard carrier rates, depending on the order and destination.

Where do you ship from?

Zazzaroo ships from trusted U.S.-based suppliers and fulfillment locations whenever possible to help provide reliable delivery and shorter transit times.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned if they are unused, in original condition, and approved within our return window. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to start a return request.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
