Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States, certain remote zones may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates

To keep shipping fair and accurate, Zazzaroo uses live carrier rates at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, package size, weight, delivery location, and available carrier services.

We do not add flat-rate or free-shipping markups. Instead, customers receive Zazzaroo’s negotiated shipping rate whenever available. Because some products require separate packaging or oversized boxes, multi-item orders may ship in more than one package, and shipping charges may vary based on the total size, weight, and destination of the order.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States.

Delays

Incorrect Address

Items must be unused, in original condition, and return requests must be submitted via Email within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, custom order, final sale, or supplier restrictions.
